Brilliant Service

We bought a Transit Custom in March 2022 for £14k. Two months later the van developed a serious fault with the turbo and exhaust system. Ish supplied the replacement parts and agreed to to let us get the van repaired at our usual garage, and Ish paid the garage directly for the work. Thank you Ish and the team for their excellent after sales service. We can recommend Valuable Van Sales

I bought a Ford Transit 12 plate for £4700, unfortunately after 3 days the engine started overheating. I took it to the garage Ish told me to take it too and the problem would be sorted. We thought it was head gasket, garage said the injector was seized in and looked like the head could be cracked. Whilst this was being sorted Ish gave me another van to use until mine was sorted. The garage told Ish that it would be easier to get a complete new engine which he tried to source but couldn't so instead decided to give me a full refund. The whole situation was quite frustrating but he never left me in a bad situation and tried to get the problem sorted as much as possible and gave me a full refund. Hopefully if in future I need another van I will try here and be 2nd time lucky.

Purchased many Vans from Valuable vans sales the experiences were
great The team at VVS were friendly.
They had very great communication skills, good service, and extremely professional.
I got a train from Hull to Sheffield they picked me up from the train station they looked after me very well each and every time I purchased a van from them

I have bought 6+ vans from them for my plumbing business.

Will defiantly be buying more vans from them to expand my business.

I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Amazing experience from beginning to the end. Upon arrival after welcoming us.

The guys at VVS offered us food after the long journey we made. We walked around and had a look at the beautiful van collection they have.

Everything was done perfectly and the customer service was outstanding. Before visiting these guys I was at a main dealership, and these guys did a better job. These guys really go above and beyond. In my honest opinion.

All of my future vans will be brought from these guys. Couldn’t recommend enough words don’t do it justice, you have to visit and see for yourself.

The after service is something else to which you rarely experience nowadays. They have a good reputation for a reason, I can confirm that.
